Vattenfall’s ski app has now 72.000 downloads
Dagens Media is writing about Vattenfall’s successful ski-app “King of the Slope”. Agency helped the company to launch the app by the end of the last year. Vattenfall has sponsored the Swedish ski team for 17 years and wanted to do something to stimulate the interest in skiing. That is why the app was developed.
The app logs, analyzes and compares the drop height, speed and distance of the user’s ski rides. You can also invite their friends to a challenge and compete against them directly in the app. “King of the Slope” currently has 72 000 downloads and the successes have paved the way for developing the concept further. Next year the app will be launched in Europe. Read more about Vattenfall’s ski app here.
