Knowing what to say – and how – is essential for successful media relations. This applies in both good times and bad.
Each year, Agency conducts dozens of media training sessions with spokespersons and executives from leading Swedish and international companies and organisations. It’s a very good investment and often quite fun as well. But don’t believe us – please ask us for references.

Crisis communication is largely about planning. What do we do when the unthinkable happens? What, by the way, is the unthinkable? Who should speak, and what should we say? To whom? We assist with planning, training, and of course offer our long experience and know-how when the crisis occurs. Yes, it’s when, not if.
