Sveriges Bostadsrättsrapport for our client SBC – givning a voice to Sweden’s apartment owners.
Background
Media want to write about people – what they feel, think and worry about. Sveriges Bostadsrättsrapport – a report based on a nationwide survey – was created to tap into this in order to generate true PR value.


Challenge
With numerous stakeholders competing to shape the housing narrative, the challenge was twofold: how do you make your voice stand out, and how do you turn housing topics into stories that not only niche media want to cover?
Solution
We let the data do the talking – and then we talk about the data. By asking people what they worry about, what they need, and what they expect from their housing associations, we created a report that turned into headlines. The launch included a press breakfast, segmented press releases, and content for social media.

Results
Every year the report generates widespread media coverage across all national news, trade press, TV, and radio. So far, the report has resulted in over 1000 pieces of coverage since we started the project.​
